Burnham is forced to review the early prison release scheme after PC Harper's widow blasts soft justice programme.







The widow of hero PC Andrew Harper last night blasted Labour's soft justice prisoner release scheme as 'deplorable'. Lissie Harper spoke out after it emerged that two of her husband's killers are due to be freed early.
