Government To Return To The Failed ASBO Route In London?

I was a JP during the first to last episodes of THE ASBO fiasco.

I was fully trained and quite interested in the project especially when I learned that almost all offenders who breached their ASBO conditions would automatically be jailed.

The reality was a shock  but hardly a surprise.

As the years went by - fewer and ever fewer were jailed.

Incidentally - where will all the prison spaces come from? Huh, Labour?
