All gone to pot.

Health Authority figures show that cannabis treatment for serious addicts [of this allegedly non-addictive drug] have risen from an annual 11,000 prior to the downgrading of the drug, to 16,000 in the period immediately after. Just a 50% increase then. Hardly worth the mentioning.
Another Labour winner!



[After seeing this photo, I actually wondered if the police were being told by HMG to cultivate the stuff to supply addicts but in all honesty, I think we are at least a year away from that scenario becoming part of this government's policy.]
