"In 1967 abortion was formally legalised for the first time since the Roman Empire. There are now 200,000 abortions in our country every year.
Some 98% of these abortions are for entirely social reasons.

These are not 'hard cases' - there's no issue of the child being handicapped and no threat at all to the mother's life.

Social reasons account for the overwhelming bulk of the 6.7 million abortions carried out since 1967."
