'Council tax rebel Josephine Rooney's three-year battle apparently ended in victory yesterday when her local authority announced it was writing off her near-£1,500 debt.'Twice featured on this Blog, I wish Josephine Rooney well. She had demanded a council tax reduction because the council had done nothing to clear out the drug dealers, prostitutes and clean up the litter which have made living in her home a misery.
Well done, to a Christian activist who has been prepared to go to prison for a 'just cause'!
