Great news that hospital visitors in Scotland are no longer to be ripped off by being charged massive fees for the heinous crime of parking at their local hospitals.We English are clearly made of sterner stuff - we shall continue to be fleeced and will take it on the chin - and we do not mind about this glaring disparity - well, do we?
