Prisons ombudsman earns a coconut.

A LoonyTunesWatch coconut is hereby awarded to the Prisons Ombudsman for insisting that this murderous butcher and lifetime criminal, Colin Gunn, must be addressed as 'Mr' by prison staff.
But then again - I suppose that it is a 'respect' that he has earned by his actions!
