Do I believe or not believe that 'punishment' forms an integral part of life on earth? - (It certainly applies on the spiritual level!)
If - as most will - you respond in the affirmative, then you may well ask why you feel the need to justify your opinion in the face of the liberal/left onslaught which tries to make you stand out like 'a politically incorrect sore thumb'. Important as rehabilitation is - why are you always forced to mention it as you shamefacedly point out the many merits of punishment?
Why feel 'on the back foot' as ye are 'judged as being judgemental' by those who have little grasp of the concept in the first place.
Social punishment is not wrong in any Christian sense and is something our current society needs to see restored in a sense of true righteousness.
Failng to punish condones the misdeed - in fact, it turns the decision-maker into an accomplice to that misdeed!
