The EDL.

'More than 170 far-right protesters were arrested near the Cenotaph yesterday in further evidence of a tough line on disruptive demonstrations.
Police surrounded a pub packed with English Defence League supporters two hours after wreaths were laid at the nearby Whitehall monument.
Scores of young men were arrested on suspicion of breaching the peace.'
Now - I am deeply suspicious of this organisation and note with more than a little anxiety just how many of their members have been 'trawled' from the BNP but from a 'free society' point of view, I am profoundly concerned by this news item because:
1) 'Suspicion'. What does that word actually mean?
2) Why are hordes arrested for 'suspicion' when so many aggressive religious and/or leftist/or anarchist/or RentaMob groups are permitted to commit actual offences without any expectation whatsoever of arrest?
3) How many times have people of the hard right ever shown disrespect to Remembrance?
4) Was the police chief responsible 'educated' at that leftist police college, Bramshill?
5) Did the decision originate from that nearby nest of  leftist vipers, Downing Street?
6) Will LIBERTY be taking up cudgels on their behalf? - No. Thought not!
Worrying, innit?
