Excess Refund Insurance.

Carhire firms are as annoying as a number of airlines with their hidden charges.
You hire a car for a period - in Spain for example - and you have paid for FULL insurance cover.
Suddenly you find that the cover is NOT full at all and you have to pay Excess Refund Insurance on top! (It's all in the small print.)
All this as well as the companies who will not give credit for unused petrol when you have been forced to pay for a full tank and have maybe used only a quarter.

   SCAMS! Avoid these by shopping around VERY carefully indeed.
