'Caravan Tax.'

To add to all the other total rubbish in the budget, this morning Radio Humberside broadcast estimates that the 'caravan tax' - hidden away in the deeper recesses of that unmitigated piece of thoughtlessness - is likely to cost some 7,000 jobs.
