New Zealand Folly In The Offing?

Crackers! As a non-smoker, I still cannot cope with this kind of persecution. To bring balance - I wonder just how draconian penalties for possessing cannabis will need to become? 20 year sentences, perhaps?
Forget 'justice' however. These madmen politicians are making smuggling of tobacco a province of criminals who really will be able to 'get rich quick.'
Prohibition of alcohol in the USA led to the Kennedys becoming wealthy. Now consider how badly that worked out!
