Abortion: The Illogical Stance.

After debates this week, threats to take legal action by The Marie Stopes Clinic against those who dare to tell objective truth, court cases and more threats - we must conclude that the abortion viewpoint has much to hide.
WHY do they not want photos of aborted foetuses displayed? - Is it conscience or, more likely - the desire to ensure that women about to have an abortion are kept ill-informed about what they are about to do?
The standard 'abortion lobby' response that "It may well upset people" is lame in the extreme. We never fear to show pictures of dying toddlers on mainstream TV to illustrate the tragedies of famine et al.
So what in essence is the difference?
