Cameron Is Talking Tough.

Cameron has asserted that 'there is nothing wrong with retribution' and that the time has come 'to get tough' with criminals.
So. Do we believe him?
1) Has he announced the end of a system wherein malefactors serve a mere fraction of their prison sentences?
2) Has he begun to implement plans to make prisons more austere?
3) Has he begun programmes to build more prisons?
4) Has he toughened up sentencing guidelines?
I could go on and on - but you get the picture. EVERY time a liberal leftie talks tough on crime NOTHING EVER HAPPENS and it will NOT happen here either! Words are cheap!
