Ripoff Merchants

I keep the closest eye possible on prices at Morrisons and in recent times I have been shocked by the many price hikes on staple goods.
Last night I noticed on some basic lines the following:
Vinegar - 77% increase.
My loaf - 12.5% increase.
Canned peas - 91% increase.
Packet custard - 100%+ increase.
Chocolate bars - off the scale! Ones which were formerly in five packs had reduced to four packs and are now in three packs. I make that 65%. (Of course - these are often confused by the special offers which aren't all that special.)
So many ripoffs.

Look at the absurd prices for baked beans which they are hoping will solidify.
As for meat ....
If customers pay these prices - they will soon become the norm.
PLEASE - for all our sakes - SHOP AROUND for everything!
Let's kick the ripoff merchants where it hurts!
