Ian Duncan-Smith - the best PM the tories never had - is one of only two cabinet ministers currently impressing.
He fully intends to restore tax breaks for married couples next year in order to support the institution which is the 'building block of society'.

Tragically, the wretched Lib Dems plan to oppose him. Just what is the matter with these people?
