Coffee Beans Which Have Passed Through An Elephant's Digestive System?

Some of the High Street coffee houses taste as though they have 'harvested' the wrong bit from the ground behind the elephant!

Want great coffee?  - Spain, then France, then Germany most cafes.

Surprisingly, Italy leaves much to be desired. We spent time in the North and only had one decent coffee in our entire visit and ironically perhaps, that was in a paper cup on Bergamo Airport.
