FT Deutschland reports that German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President François Hollande have agreed that French Finance Minister Pierre Moscovici will succeed Jean-Claude Juncker as Chairman of the Eurogroup, and will then be replaced by his German counterpart Wolfgang Schäuble at a later stage.
