The vast majority of households are experiencing serious financial buying problems because of the many essential items which have rocketed disproportionately in price over recent years - way beyond any pay increases.
It is the task of government to try to prevent this situation rather than to wantonly add to it for political reasons.

Please sit down and make a list of rough % increases in the things you buy over the last 4 years.
Then put an asterisk against the ones where the government is heavily responsible.
