Perhaps if we wanted to win - we would have to go to war against drugs; perhaps we would not be listening to the terminally foolish such as Russell Brand; perhaps we would be demonstrating WILL and Determination.
We aren't and any person with two more brain cells than a plant will see that this plan is doomed to abject failure.
Meanwhile, Singapore has virtually no drugs problems! So from whence should we be seeking advice?
