Primary Raison d'être Of This Blog.

So. This Blog. What is its principal raison d'être? -
Well, I have examined all attacks against the Church available to me and can find virtually nothing from right of centre rightwards. You really do have to go to the National Socialist-style fascism to find all the toxic, anti-God attitudes.
On the other side, you can hardly take half a step leftwards before running into: multifaith, aggressive atheism, undermining of the Scriptures, bitterness, anger, bile and an intolerance so vile as to be criminal if practised on a minority faith.
Furthermore, I am aware that the Church contains an anti-Gospel fifth column in her own ranks which is known as 'the liberal church'.
This group majors on the love of God, the grace of God, His mercy and universal forgiveness which all sound terrific - and indeed are.
Tragically, however, - they remove all of these things from their proper context. For example, the Scriptures are downgraded; modern man's opinions carry greater weight than what God thinks and if necessary God can be 'diminished'. The conditional nature of forgiveness is ignored but above all - one mighty part of God is omitted from their theology - HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS!
If all of these things are not taken as part of 'a single package' you will naturally end up with a corrupted, blasphemous faith.
Frankly - they'd be better off abandoning all pretence of being christian for what good their spiritual bankruptcy is doing for them.
