£6 Million?

Communities Secretary Eric Pickles’ plan to spend £6 million of British taxpayers money to teach foreign migrants English has been slammed by UKIP Spokesman Tim Aker.
"Why on Earth should we as taxpayers be picking up the bill to teach English to those who choose to come here? It’s an insult.
I saw Tim speak a month ago - he knows what he is talking about!
