EU Court Of Auditors. Nigel: The EU Is 'Institutionally Flawed.'

Yet again the auditors have refused to give EU spending a clear bill of fiscal health. It is 19 straight years now that they have failed to sign the accounts off.
Auditors estimate that the error rate for spending from EU budget was 4.8%. This is significantly up from previous years.
UKIP Leader Nigel Farage said: "The court of auditors have failed to give all clear to EU accounts for 19 year in a row. This EU fraud is unsurprising given that the EU is institutionally flawed.
