UKIP slams blank cheque for EU students

UKIP's
Head of Policy Unit Tim Aker has slammed figures from the National Audit Office
that show four in ten students from mainland Europe are in arrears with their
student loans or have failed to provide information about their earnings.
"A
£5.7 billion black hole has opened up in the English students loan system and
the fact that we allow European students the same access to loans and grants as
British students is causing chaos.
