My disdain for the leftist, money-wasting, propagandising BBC has perhaps not escaped readers of this Blog. Even so, much as I want to see the licence fee go (I paid mine yesterday) there is a problem with straight abolition.
There are some forty local radio stations which are generally doing a great job. What happens to them?
This is further complicated when you consider one local station which shows a clear left-wing bias, whilst another remains immaculately neutral.
Dismantling the Beeb in its present form will be difficult but I feel that a future UKIP government must at least, make the effort.
