New govt injunction plans "threaten freedom of speech"

government plans for Injunctions to prevent nuisance and annoyance (Ipnas) come
into place.
The new injunctions would replace Anti-Social Behaviour
Orders (ASBOs) and would be easier to obtain, according to
ministers.
