Postal votes, and on polling day, ballot papers in Yorks and North Lincs, contain a party called  'an independence from Europe' which is confusing and shouldn't be allowed! Mole-In-The-Know has already received information that that some people are quite confused and believe that this is actually the UKIP which, being later in the alphabet, is much lower on the paper.
