Over years I have known many atheists. Usually, these have been pretty
decent folk - albeit terribly misguided.
It may seem a good thing that the numbers of people like this are
on the decline - but not so. They have been replaced by the vicious,
close-minded, violently anti-religion types who seem singularly unable to grasp
that Christianity is purveyed by believers for the good of people like
themselves. Christians (however difficult the task is made by these bigots) try
to love them. Believers are adjured by Christ to 'love their enemies'.
It ain't easy but we certainly try!
