Swiss Franc Hits The Euro.

Okay. Detaching the Swiss Franc from the euro has caused massive pressure on the euro. Economically, I just about get that. That the euro will take a further bashing if the Greeks quit (with Italy a possible) - I get that too. That the euro was unlikely ever to succeed being a political tool rather than an economic one (Eddie George) - I also get. I am afraid that I am unable to see why prices in already expensive Switzerland have rocketed. Maybe I do not get economics as much as I thought I did. The one thing I do get, however, the euro is probably doomed. Not shackling us to this currency was the only great thing that Gordon Brown did for the UK during his premiership.
