Who Decided?

France, a land tormented by its history as hostility between natives and increasing Muslim population grows. (Headline.)

It is, of course, not permissible to make anything of this situation in public - and in many ways, that is perfectly fair to the countless, honest and decent muslims who act in the manner that the natives of a host country would expect them to.
In many more  ways - that is not the point. If the nature of your nation is to receive a complete makeover, are you not to be allowed a democratic voice? - Is this to be decided purely by politicians with their own agendas? - Well, in Europe that is precisely what has happened in many nations. Clearly, such feelings run especially high in France and what do atrocities do to promote integration?
These are uncomfortable questions - but are we allowed to ask them without some leftie screaming 'racist' all over the place?
