Mail. If there is no death penalty available a 60 year penalty is the only semi-appropriate response. Mrs Justice Cox apparently accepted that the sentence could not be longer as he had suffered 'a psychotic illness'. What relevance has this to the duty of the Law to protect the public? This inadequate sentencing MUST be appealed.
