Nick Clegg is going to launch the Lib Dems' fight back today announcing plans for 'at least' £8 billion in tax rises if the Liberal Democrats remain in government after the election. (Perhaps even better news is that Cleggie is tipped by Survation to lose his Sheffield Hallam seat to Labour.)
