Escaping Prosecution?

Do 'pervert' MPs enjoy immunity from prosecution? asks PETER MCKAY following decision not to pursue Lord Janner over child sex allegations.

The former lawyer and Labour peer, now 86, is said to be suffering from dementia and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) says his trial isn't in the public interest.

"Not in the public interest" is a weasel word phrase overused by the CPS!!!
