If this were all to go to worthy targets - I would not have been so angered by the amounts we are sending to other nations. The fact that we send around a thousand per cent more than does Spain would have been a cause for great self-satisfaction. But we send to nations with nuclear programmes, space programmes and to locations where so much is ill-directed. We even send to nations who despise us and work against us. A thorough audit would reveal these areas of good and bad. The 'bad' must lose this funding immediately.
