Double Standards of The Abolitionists.

More than 5,000 people were murdered last year in Honduras, where Peralta, the former Glasgow Rangers footballer, was shot 18 times in a shopping centre car park.
Perhaps I should mention that Honduras abolished its death penalty 70 years ago. It is always interesting how groups like Reprieve and Amnesty are always most anxious to have 'trial periods of abolition' in countries with a death penalty but never the other way round! In England & Wales, we had such a trial from 1965 to 1970. The murder rate shot up, so this was declared 'a mighty success' and final abolition was brought in even before the completion of 'the trial period.'

Repeated.
