Yet where has most of the sleaze originated? - You are right - with the man himself! - He made impossible promises on renegotiation with the EU; pretended that he had won major concessions; has consistently misrepresented what a BREXIT will bring. Nasty. He has refused to clean up the electoral shambles and to create UKIP peers.
