Steven Woolfe Has Left.

Naturally, the Tories will no longer be too willing to sign up a man who wants to join in fisticuffs with an elderly colleague.
He invited Mike Hookem outside to 'sort things out' - taking off his jacket in the process.
The 'matters to be sorted' concerned Woolfe's disloyalty and admitting to negotiating with the Tories. (He did not know who he was dealing with!)
The trouble was - that this was already happening with the Ukip MEPs - INside the room!
Divisive - yes. His supporters were lunatic in their campaigning on his behalf.
This is the barrister who 'forgot' a significant criminal conviction when standing to be Ukip's local Police & Crime Commissioner. This is the man incapable of getting nomination papers in on time - then whined about the consequences.
This is a man whose behaviour discredited the party and caused massive bad publicity.
This was a man seriously disliked by many of his colleagues in Brussels.
Sadly, he was perceived by many as being 'Nigel's anointed one'.
I understand that the report on 'that altercation' is released tomorrow. I wonder if he has seen the contents in advance and has jumped before being pushed?
Can Ukip survive in the post Woolfe era? - Only with a REAL leader.
Paul Nuttall - we know it is a massive and thankless task - but you alone can save the party.
With Paul established as leader - I shall rejoin. In all other circumstances, I shall be busy preparing Ukip's obituary.

Now That Sounds Like A Plan.
