Child Sexual Abuse To Be Tackled? - I Seriously Doubt It.
Amber Rudd vows to end 'horror' of sickening child sexual abuse in UK with £40m plan.
I DO hope it has something to do with monumentally long sentences for abusers as a mega deterrent. £40 million would provide a fair bit of extra prison space.
