Well, as an outsider, seeing Ronnie end (and arguably WIN) the Cold War - as well as having some understanding of where public money actually comes from - he looks to me to have been amongst the cream of American Presidents.
The others have all probably been somewhat better than the appalling Democrat Presidents of recent decades.
One must therefore assume that the Democrats are extremely talented in black propaganda and mudslinging.
