Leah & Alice - Do Not Forget.

Dear Friends,
Through her uncommon courage, Leah [Sharibu] has already defeated Boko Haram. - Rev. Yunusa Nmadu, CEO of CSW's Nigeria office
It's almost a year to the day since Boko Haram abducted Leah Sharibu along with 109 of her classmates. Though the rest of the girls who survived the ordeal have long since returned home after the government negotiated for their release, Leah refused to renounce her faith in exchange for her freedom. She remains a 'slave for life' to Boko Haram, alongside aid worker Alice Ngaddah.
With your help CSW has done so much since receiving word of Leah’s abduction, including:
  • We held a 200-hour protest outside the Nigerian embassy in London – this went viral on social media,
  • 5,401 CSW supporters sent emails to the Nigerian High Commission
  • We handed in a petition with 4,689 signatures to the Nigerian government demanding that they negotiate her release
Please prayerfully consider what you can give.
She’s waited for justice long enough.
Yours in Christ,
Mervyn Thomas CMG
