EU: Good News/Bad News.

Fantastic news! The European Parliament just voted by 497 votes to 111 to end the 'travelling circus' between Brussels and Strasbourg.

Bad news! The European Parliament doesn't have the power to decide where it sits, so the travelling circus will continue regardless.
