FlyBe Catastrophe Was Wholly Predictable

Never have I met a bigger administrative shambles than the crew who ran the regional airline which died yesterday. FlyBe had super planes, excellent staff, great prices and flew from my nearest airport.

However, the organisation and backroom staff were wretched.
I must have flown 60+ times with Jet2 without a problem.
FlyBe gave me more problems (TEN!?) over three return flights than five dozen with the ultra professional Jet2.
(You, know. Little things such as cancelling flights without telling me. Bumping me off a flight that was half empty and so much more, besides.)
It took three weeks to get to someone in authority to register these complaints AND a shaming on Facebook by Mrs Blogger
