1) Sacking whole levels of supernumerary pen pushers. They exist in many tens of thousands across the nation. Save billions.
2) A revolution on purchasing - no more paying £15 for a forty pence packet of tablets. Scams of this type cost billions!
3) Sack all those in 'woke' jobs - typically any post which uses the word 'diversity' in the job description would be a good start.
4) A 100% total cost benefit analysis to be undertaken by professional neutrals from abroad - NZ, maybe?
5) An end to the farce of agency worker pay. Scams of this type cost billions! Set up government controlled agencies and stop using any others which are working this particular fiddle.
6) Train sufficient doctors and nurses in the UK.
7) Let NHS funds FOLLOW THE PATIENT! The French could advise us on this. 'Top funding' MUST end!
8) Harsh, perhaps, but after any medical treatment or consultation - all illegal aliens or failed asylum seekers must be immediately deported. Enshrine this in law.
