Blogger: I saw that video a some months ago of that footballer sliding his cat across a shiny floor with the side of his foot. Accused of kicking/booting puss - it was clear that the cat did not really mind too much and it was really a storm in a teacup. Would I have done it? - Never but the fuss made was barely credible. Calls for ritual emasculation were the minimum demands.
When you consider the pictures in the url above - we are talking about something entirely different. This was an evil man inflicting unquestionable suffering on a pet. If any man deserves a hefty prison sentence - it is he!
