Florida can ban boys from competing in girls' sports

United States District Judge Roy K. Altman has upheld a Florida law that prohibits boys who identify as female from competing in girls' scholastic sports. Altman rejected arguments that the measure discriminates against trans-identified youth, noting that "the law explicitly allows transgender boys to try out and play for boys' sports teams." Read more.
