Bilal Khizar's Death Must Not Be In Vain.
Bilal Khizar was killed in Bradford at the weekend by a car trying to outrun police.
This offence must attract a minimum five year prison term and I would expect sentences to be much higher. As for those times when death is caused - a 15 year minimum is a must.
Too may people die in this manner each year for kid gloves to be appropriate. It is not the fault of the police - it is entirely the fault of criminals and the politicians who protect them with namby-pamby sentences.
