Referendum: One Week In Favour - The Next Against.

During his visit in Brazil, David Cameron told reporters, "I don't think it is in Britain's interests to leave the EU, but I do think what it is increasingly becoming the time for is a new settlement between Britain and Europe and I think that new settlement will require fresh consent", stressing that he is opposed to a "straight in and out" referendum. (Open Europe.)
These are weasel words at their very worst. Yet AGAIN he implies that we have a measure of control over what the EU does to us. In ALL of the most important matters this is not true.
I repeat: acquis commaunitaire! This is an old tory tactic to scam the public into voting pro-EU when the referendum does finally arrive.
Create a straw man by stating what is needed from renegotiation.
Get a whopping 80% concessions on these trivia - then present it as a mighty triumph. With 'said mighty triumph' accomplished, you then repeat what was done in 1975 and announce that 'Phew - close one but all major parties say we can now safely stay in!'
DO NOT BE FOOLED AGAIN!
