Congratulations, Sam.

Following the resignation of Jack Duffin as YI Secretary (to focus on commitments at university), the committee has announced its intention to co-opt Sam Launder as Secretary of Young Independence. Sam is the current chair of Young Independence Yorkshire, and has stood for local elections in Sheffield, finishing in second place in the Beighton ward in 2012. He has helped with Parliamentary by-election campaigns, and spent time volunteering at the Party’s administrative Head Office in Devon.
