Prison Rioters Need Swingeing Punishments.

Riots must be quickly broken up in prisons and where appropriate, shoot-to-kill policies should be adopted.
All involved should lose 100% of remission PLUS be sentenced to heavy terms for their actions.
Furthermore, lengthy terms in solitary confinement should be imposed immediately after the situation calms down. I would want to see terms of up to six weeks.
Any lesser measures and we shall be revealed as a 'soft touch'.
