Accurate Maybe But ...

... how can you reform the unreformable? Where does the political will come from? After 40 years why bother trying? Which political party of the LibLabCon could be trusted with the task? If it is reformable - why has nothing been done before? What of acquis commaunitaire? What if it does not want to be reformed? - (Those of an imperialistic mindset are not known for their love of democracy.) I could go on but principally, why should we hitch our horse to a cart whose wheels are already falling off?
